Welcome to our story. Our journey began when we worked together at NH Hotels and identified a gap in the market for booking meeting rooms. This realization inspired us to create a solution that would revolutionize the way businesses book and manage their meeting spaces.

Since our founding in 2007, we have achieved several significant milestones. In 2011, we expanded our services to include hotel bookings. By 2018, we began opening offices internationally, starting in Brussels, and scaling globally. In 2023, we formed partnerships focused on sustainability and compliance, including CSR and ESG initiatives, and introduced the Meeting Destination Finder

Our core values and mission are deeply rooted in providing value in the market we operate in. We strive for customer excellence and are committed to ESG principles. These values guide our day-to-day operations and influence every decision we make.

Over the years, we have faced numerous challenges, with the biggest being the COVID-19 pandemic, which brought our business to a standstill overnight. However, our entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen allowed us to overcome this obstacle by developing innovative solutions like the distance seating algorithm.

Our story is driven by the dedication and motivation of our key people. The Board of Directors remains committed to our vision and continues to inspire us to reach new heights.
