You have experience in different (Global) Sales & Account Management roles and are looking for a (new) challenge at an international and ambitious company. This is your chance! We are looking for a Global Account Manager who can join our international team! 

Who are we? 

We are an international team, representing numerous cultures and together we work towards one goal; and that is taking responsibility for making the meeting management of a company more insightful for the management and easier for the bookers.

If you are the m/f/x with 3 years of experience in a similar position and you like to take ownership, are pro-active and can work independently, then we should really meet! Together with the Global Sales team, you will be responsible for carrying out the company’s commercial strategies, revenue goals and operations within Belgium. By selling the software, services and meeting management solutions of Meetingselect to customers, agencies and suppliers. Being part of the commercial team, you will establish and maintain relationships with our corporate clients. In the revenue journey, you will also identify and build new business & sales opportunities. The Global Account Manager reports to the Director of Account Management. 

You are part of our Global commercial team with colleagues all over the world! 

What do you bring? 

  • You are based in Europe, preferably in the Netherlands or Belgium 
  • You have a Bachelor/master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication or any related field 
  • You have 3 years of experience in a sales or similar position in the Belgian Market in the hospitality or travel industry 
  • You like to work proactively and independently in a team 
  • You are Fluent in English, French and the local language(s), spoken and written 
  • You are stress resistant, a self-starter, independent, accurate, pro-active and you have a problem-solving ability 
  • You have good communication and negotiation skills 
  • You are People Oriented, Result Oriented and you have a strong commercial focus 
  • You have good PR connections in procurement or top-level management on Fortune 500 Companies 
  • You are target driven with a proven track record in account management and developing accounts 
  • You have a good understanding of marketplaces and platform technology, also the surrounding ecosystem of consultants, agencies and system integrators is a plus   
  • You are willing to travel visiting clients
