Why is the hotel I am looking for not available?

The hotel can always choose not to offer their rooms through multiple platforms (for example, during busy periods). In these cases, the hotel is shown as unavailable even though they still have some rooms available and prefer to offer them on request. With the 'request quote' button, you can still ask the venue for availability.
