Step by step explanation about how to enter reference numbers for your booking
When making a booking via the Instant Booking module you will receive 2 different references; MSID and ReservationId.
It is important to mention the ReservationId when you contact the venue directly regarding the reservation or arrive at the venue. This is the number that the venue received from the Instant Booking environment.
The ReservationId can be found in the reservation under the location name:
