Confirm request from booking environment

Step by step guide to confirm you request from the booking environment.

If you want to accept the booking in the online booking environment, click on “My requests” in the main menu, then on “Pending proposals requests”.

Click under “Response Status ” on the pink bar that says “View 3 of 3 RFPs”. 
(This number may be different if your RFP contains fewer or more quotes).

Select the venue you wish to book definitively and then click on “Accept”.

Confirm Series / Series of Bookings

If the request is part of a series of bookings, you can specify which booking should be confirmed for each request.
