Cancel your booking

You can cancel your booking by going to "My Requests" back in your main menu and select "My Instant Bookings & Workspaces". Click on the blue Instant Booking Number.

If you wish to cancel a meeting, click on "Cancel booking", a screen will open where you can choose ‘’cancel booking’’

• Please include the reason for your cancellation to save the cancellation and notify the venue.
• The initially confirmed booking conditions remain in effect. If you cancel outside the cancellation period, the venue has the right to charge costs based on these conditions.
