Step-by-step instructions on how to cancel a reservation.

If you wish to cancel a booking, please click on "My requests" in the main menu then on "Confirmed bookings".
Select the relevant booking and click on "Cancel booking". A screen will appear where you have to agree to cancel the booking.
Remember the applicable conditions and any cancellation fees? If cancellation fees are applicable, the hotel will confirm them through the platform.
Partial cancellation of booking
The moment you book 2 or more rooms, the confirmation will look like this:
If you want to cancel 1 of these rooms, go to the RFP via 'Confirmed bookings', select the booking and click 'Modify':
You will then return to the hotel reservation. For the room you wish to cancel, click the pink X to delete it.
Next, scroll down and click ''Proceed.''
The room you just canceled will no longer be visible.
You can view the details of the reservation by going to ''Confirmed Bookings'' and clicking on ''View proposal'' .
All confirmations on the platform are also sent by email, as you are usual when you book a meeting through the platform.
