At “1. Overview” select at the question“ What facilities do you want?“ the field “Additional services ”.

To book an external dinner, team building, transport, etc., you can select what you wish to book under “Additional Services”. If desired, you can further specify your wishes in the “Remarks” field.

Please note, to book dinner at the same venue where the meeting is taking place, simply book the dinner at the "Food and Beverage" step.
