Transfer/assign a booking to a colleague

Step by step explanation about how to transfer/assign a booking to a colleague

If you wish to transfer a pending or confirmed booking to one of your colleagues, you can do so from the “Pending proposals” and “Confirmed bookings” menu.




Pending requests
Go to ‘Pending requests’, select the request and click on ‘Invite colleague’.

Confirmed bookings
Go to ‘Confirmed bookings’, select the booking and click on ‘Invite colleague’.

Invite colleague

Enter the email address of the colleague you wish to add to the request/booking and click on ‘Add User’.

After clicking on “Add User”, you can specify which rights your colleague may have. You can grant “Read” rights, which will allow your colleague to view the request/booking, but not edit it. If you grant your colleague “Edit” rights, they will be able to view and edit the request/booking.

Your colleague will receive an email notification from us.

Your colleague can now log in with their existing account and will see the request/booking in their booking environment under ‘Pending requests’ or ‘Confirmed bookings’.
