Step “3. Venue (s)” allows you to search the venues.
In the search bar you can enter the name of a place, station or hotel. Arrival date, departure date and amount of rooms are completed automatically based on the given information previously.
Once you have entered location information , click on “SEARCH”.
Adding venue(s) to your request
If you wish to add a venue to your request, click on “Add to quote list”. The venue will then be added to “Your Request List”. You can request a quote from multiple venues, these venues will then be added to your Request List.
Once you have added the venues to your Request List, click on “Continue with the request”.
You will now automatically return to step “3. Venues” where you will see the venues you have added to your request.
To send the request to the venues now, click on “Proceed”.
As soon as you have submitted your request, you will see an overview of your request. You will also receive this overview by e-mail in your mailbox.
Do you already know from which venue you wish to receive a proposal?
You can enter the name of the venue in the search bar and easily add the venue to your application from here by clicking on “+Add venue”. Then click on “Send request”.
You will now automatically see the venues you have added to your request.
Click on “Proceed” to send out the requests.
As soon as you have submitted your request, you will see an overview of your request. You will also receive this overview by e-mail in your mailbox.
