Share booking confirmation with additional recipients
It is now possible to share booking confirmations not only during the creation of a request (RFP), but also at any time afterwards. This allows you to easily add extra recipients who should receive communication related to the booking.
Go to the left-hand side of the main menu and click on Confirmed bookings.
Here you will see an overview of all your requests.
A pop-up window will open where you can enter one or more email addresses.

All emails that are normally sent (such as booking confirmations and updates) will automatically also be sent to the additional email addresses. The email addresses are only saved after you click share.
