Modify confirmed booking

Step by step guide to modify your confimered/definite booking.

If you want to modify a booking (and the request is confirmed), go to “Confirmed bookings” under the 'My request' menu.

Important! Date modification of a confirmed booking via the platform is  not possible.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the date of a final booking yourself in our platform. Action: Please contact the Meetingselect Reservations Department. Meetingselect would like to receive the new date so that we can first check with the venue for availability. If there is availability, Meetingselect will change the request for you in the platform with the new date. The venue will then receive the modified request and can respond by adjusting the offer.

Other changes (program, number of people, etc.) that do not involve a date change:

Select the RFP and click on "Modify". You will then return to your request and can make the changes.

Untitled (3)-1Select the relevant request and click on 'Modify'. You then can modify your booking. As soon as you click on 'Proceed', the modified request will be sent to the booked venue again. They receive this new version (V2) and will respond to the modified request with a new confirmation. You do not have to accept this booking confirmation again.

Modify References (cost center, PO number, etc.):

If you wish to change only the reference of your RFP, such as your cost center, PO number or order number), select the corresponding RFP and click on "Change references for invoice".  You will then return to your request and can make the changes.

If the request is part of a series of bookings, you can specify which booking should be modified for each request.
