Step-by-step instructions on how to complete the details of your booking.
1. Anonymous Booking: The booker can check the 'Anonymous Booking' option to not share the name of the company and the booker with the location via email and/or chat.
2. Booking Name: The booker can enter a booking name of their choice to identify the booking.
3. References: All references set in the company settings related to billing must be entered at this step of the booking process. Please note that references must always be entered when creating the booking, as the booking will be confirmed immediately.
4. Here you can add an additional email address, so that the confirmation of the hotel reservation is also sent to that address (For example: If the planner is going to book the room for a colleague).
5. First and last name (mandatory): The planner is required to enter the first and last name of each guest. In the case of multiple rooms, a first and last name must be entered for each room.
6. Vegetarian: Is unchecked by default. Can be checked if the guest prefers a vegetarian meal option.
7. Delete: If fewer rooms are needed than indicated in the previous screen, a room/line can be deleted by clicking the 'x'. There must always be one room remaining to continue with the reservation.
8. Hotel room cleaning during your stay to reduce carbon footprint? The planner can select an option from the dropdown to reduce room cleaning. 'Every day' is the default selection.
9. Here the planner can enter any other requirements for the booking.
10. Payment plan: If a hotel payment plan is selected by default in Business Settings, this payment plan is displayed. If a meeting payment plan is selected by default in Business Settings, the first hotel payment plan is displayed. If an alternative payment plan applies, it can be selected from the dropdown. If no payment plan is set for hotel flow, no payment plan is displayed.
When all information has been entered, click "Proceed" to complete the booking.
