Meetingselect appoints Frank Stoer as CEO
Amsterdam — Meetingselect, the self-booking platform for meetings & events spaces connecting enterprises to 500,000+ venues across 150+ countries, has appointed Frank Stoer as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1st 2026.
Stoer joins from Studytube, the leading AI-first B2B learning platform, where as Strategy Director he led the company's transformation into an AI-first learning and development platform and prepared the company for a next phase of European growth. Before that, he spent over five years at SparkOptimus, Amsterdam's digital strategy and transformation consultancy, advising organizations across the globe on Digital Strategy, Transformation & Ventures. He holds a degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
"Frank has the commercial sharpness and the scale-up experience Meetingselect needs at this stage," said Anouk Roohé, Founder of Meetingselect.
“Judith and I are convinced he is the right leader to drive the company’s next chapter of growth.”
Stoer said: "Meetingselect has built something real: a global platform with strong product-market fit that both enterprises and venues love, with still a lot of room to evolve and grow. That combination excites me and I'm here to push it."
Frank joins at a strong moment. Meetingselect has just gone live on a renewed and expanded contract with the Government of the Netherlands, now covering Meetings, Groups and Hotel bookings while scaling globally with large tech and pharmaceutical customers. The win reflects the trust enterprise clients place in the platform to deliver governance, cost savings and sustainability at scale.

The company has been named a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 company five years running, is WeConnect Certified and was selected for the Berkeley SkyDeck accelerator.
