Can I be in touch with venues directly?

The initial point of contact should always go via the platform of Meetingselect. Direct contact with a venue about a request or booking is of course possible once you have sent out your request via the Meetingselect platform.  In case you agree on certain costs or possible changes with a venue directly, Meetingselect needs to be informed on this.

This is in order to make sure the invoicing process will run smoothly.
