If you are the m/f/x with 2-5 years of experience in a similar position and you like to take ownership, are pro-active, a natural leader and can work independently, then we should really meet!

In this position you will be responsible for managing the Client Support team that is located in the USA . You will be responsible for coaching, guiding and managing the team of Client Specialists, monitoring and generating reports, setting up and monitoring the departmental OKR’s and dealing with escalations. Furthermore, you are also an operational part of the team and handle the requests for hotel reservations, events, workshops, meetings, training courses, congresses and hotel bookings. And of course, you will be in contact with clients to advise the best venue and opportunities in the market and with venues to negotiate the best commission, prices and terms & condition. Finally, you will ensure the correct supply of administrative data of current applications for the Administration.

You will be part of our Client Support International team, which currently consists of colleagues all around the globe, and we are looking for a Team Leader in New York to expand the team!


What do you bring?

  • You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Leisure, Tourism or related field.
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar position preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • You have 4+ years of experience with managing a team.
  • You like to work pro-actively and independently in a team.
  • You have excellent understanding of the English Language, both written and spoken.
  • You are stress resistance, independent, accurate, pro-active, you want to learn and you have a problem-solving ability.
  • You have good communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are organized and manage your time in an efficient way.
