Who are we?

We are an international team, representing numerous cultures and together we work towards one goal; making sure that our clients book the right venue for their meeting/training/congress/event.

If you are the m/f/x with 0-3 years of experience in a similar position and you like to take ownership, are pro-active and can work independently, then we should really meet!

We are looking for someone who is able to switch quickly between diverse tasks, who is a talented communicator and a strong team player. As one of our Meeting Specialists you book all kinds of meetings, such as workshops, meetings, trainings and congresses. You also advise our client(s) in selecting the best venues for their external events and negotiate on behalf of or in collaboration with the client to obtain the best deal. Customer focus and quality are important pillars and are integrated in your daily job. Together with the team you make sure to achieve the commercial targets. You are also responsible for handling and processing the correct information in our own online platform to enable the finance department to work efficiently.

You will be part of our Client Support International team, which currently consists of colleagues all around the globe, and we are looking for new colleagues in San Francisco to expand the team!

 

 

What do you bring?

  • You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Leisure, Tourism or related field.
  • You have 0-3 years of experience in a similar position preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • You like to work pro-actively and independently in a team.
  • You have excellent understanding of the English Language, both written and spoken.
  • You are stress resistance, independent, accurate, pro-active, you want to learn and you have a problem-solving ability.
  • You have good communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are organized and manage your time in an efficient way.
  • Experience in the MICE industry in a banquet sales- or comparable job is a plus
