You will be responsible for the Global Recruitment of Meetingselect. Together with the HR & Quality Manager you will set up a Global Recruitment strategy to recruit colleagues worldwide. You will write new vacancies, contact candidates, plan interviews, support in recruitment-related tasks and more. At this moment Meetingselect has colleagues in the USA, Brazil, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Switzerland, Germany and India and we are expecting to grow to even more countries this year!
You will be part of the HR & Quality department, which currently consists of two hardworking colleagues who like to have fun as well.
What will you do?
Set up a Global Recruitment strategy together with the HR & Quality Manager
Write (new) vacancies
Responsible for the global recruitment from the moment we set out the vacancy until we are sending an offer
Conduct initial selection interviews
Responsible for recruitment-related tasks
Work on different HR & Quality projects
What do you bring?
Degree in a related field
1-3 years of experience as a (global) recruiter
Great communication skills, pro-active, problem solving abilities, adaptability, team player, Result oriented,
Accurate, good listener, strong networker, critical thinker, empathetic
Excellent understanding of the English language (both spoken and written)
Affinity with MS Office
