Together with your colleagues you will produce marketing campaigns, write blogs, and research tools to engage the target audience of Meetingselect. You will be responsible for translating our mission, vision and ambition to our clients and suppliers and to engage them to be part of the Meetingselect journey. Since the position is all about online marketing, it is important that you have an affinity for data-analysis.

You will work in a fun and international oriented team who like to work creatively and take ownership of their own projects.


What are you going to do?

  • Working together with the MARCOM department in support of content creation, local website edits, regional social media, local market research, local campaign and event activities and overall awareness raising to support the marketing strategies.
  • Help implement communications strategies
  • Provide administrative support to programs and internal teams
  • Draft and edit communications copy (e.g., press releases, publications, social media posts, email, create events in Eventbrite, and Webinars)
  • Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies
  • Update CRM and media lists.
  • Track local projects and media exposure.
  • Monitor communications inboxes and follow up on left the company notifications.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
  • Supply administrative and organizational assistance on all marketing & communications activities.
  • Implement branding, help with graphic design of marketing collateral and banner stands, etc.

What do you bring? 

  • Degree in a related field. BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desired.
  • Proven experience as a Communications Specialist, or similar role.
  • Understanding of brand communication and integrated strategies.
  • Able to demonstrate an outstanding level of marketing support
  • Great communication skills, pro-active, problem solving abilities, adaptability, team player, Result oriented,
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus.
  • Solid editing and researching skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
